Mr. Menear is a consummate and dedicated professional. I found him on Craigslist, and sent him some photos of the pathetic state our windows were in. I asked if such work was of interest. He replied that it was. I was shocked. He came, walked the site, and gave a price that made me fall down in economy. He had no issue with my securing material, but cautioned me, correctly, that what is on the web, is not always what is presented. And involves a lot of headaches. Still, he worked with me, and did a job that is phenomenal in workmanship and saved me tens of thousands of dollars compared to the big folks. What impressed me was his demeanor- he was always cheerful, always answered his phone, and always took the challenges of remodeling glazing in stride. He has become a close friend of the family- and I owe the look of Charm City Medical Center- to him. I recommend him 150%. Dr K
