Inca Shine Cleaning is a locally owned, insured cleaning company based in Westminster, serving Carroll, Baltimore, Howard and Frederick County. I’m Anthony, the owner. I started this company because the community I grew up in deserves cleaners it can actually count on.
Every cleaner on our team is background-checked, and every visit follows the same detailed room-by-room checklist, so quality never depends on who shows up. If anything isn’t right, we come back within 24–48 hours and re-clean it free.
Most of our clients start with a deep clean, then switch to bi-weekly or monthly services at a lower recurring rate. If you’re looking for the lowest price in town, we’re probably not the right fit. If you want a team that shows up on time, does it right, and is easy to reach, we’d love to help.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our starting prices are for a 1 bed / 1 bath home. Larger homes are quoted by size and condition:
• Standard clean: from $129
• Deep clean: from $229
• Move-in / move-out: from $279
New clients get $50 off their first clean, and weekly, bi-weekly, monthly clients get a lower rate on every visit.
We’re not the cheapest option in the area, and we’re not trying to be. Your price includes an insured, background-checked team, all supplies, and our re-clean guarantee: if anything is missed, we come back within 24–48 hours and fix it for free.
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are subject to a fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Send a request with your home size and the type of clean you need.
2) We’ll call you with a few quick questions (pets, last professional
clean, how often you’d like service) and give you a firm price.
3) Pick a day. We’re open 7 days a week, 9am–5pm.
4) Our team arrives with all supplies and follows our checklist.
5) We check in afterward. If anything was missed, we come back free within 48 hours.
For recurring clients, we keep the same cleaner whenever possible so they learn your home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask every company three things: Are you insured? Are your cleaners background-checked? What happens if I’m not happy? The cheapest quotes often skips one of those. We can say yes to all three.
