- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary so much on a solar project because it will depend on how many panels, whether batteries are involved, age of the home, etc. Each quote has to be custom made to each customer. We do offer $0 down options as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have to have a call to discuss goals and what your current electricity situation is. Based on that we build out custom proposal for the home to discuss financing options, savings projections, and answer your questions. If that all sounds like a good fit we proceed with a site survey of the property to evaluate whether the home is in acceptable condition for a solar install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 5 years of experience in the solar consulting world and partner with installers with 10+ years as well as the top solar lenders. We also carry Home Improvement Contractors licenses in states where necessary such as MD and CA.
