Pricing varies from job to job but pricing is all upfront and presented before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start the process off with a phone call with a water specialist to discuss potential pain points or the service they are interested in. From there we can accurately provide a quote or come out to the property for further diagnostic testing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a whole Water Treatment Education Center located in Westminster, MD that includes customer interactive touch screens to learn more about water. This facility also includes a full-service lab to test water and retail center.
