Mike provided EXCELLENT service. He assisted my elderly father in fixing his air conditioning unit. I was prepared for the worst and was very concerned about how I would cover the costs. Mike not only informed me of the potential costs of a new unit but also let me know of the potential ways I’d be able to afford one. He went above and beyond in fixing my dad’s existing unit and was an excellent communicator keeping me informed every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and APPRECIATE his services!

Mike from M. T. Key Turnover was awesome, friendly, professional and efficient. I didn’t really have any specific HVAC issues, just needed servicing/maintenance but he educated me on some things to do to keep my unit working smoothly. He even worked on his own time to go look up warranty info on the unit, and at no cost to me. I will continue to call on Mike for all my HVAC needs. Thanks a lot Mike!

I would definitely recommend Mike from M.T.Key Turnover service to anyone looking for help with their HVAC/Furnace repair, replacement, and installation as well as residential maintenance because it’s hard to find any better certified technician for sure in respective to both work & price. Mike was very responsive when we needed help. He figured out issue was with our furnace blower motor not a control board issue. He was able to replace my blower motor which was under warranty (free of cost for part)to keep it in working condition quickly and at a very reasonable price for labor cost & also gave great discount. He is very knowledgable about the units, trustworthy and will make sure you are satisfied before he is done. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I have to say Mike is a customer friendly service provider. I would definitely use his service in future for all my HVAC concerns and also refer him in our neighborhood, friends & family.
100/100 service(I would like to give more). With over 25 years of experience Mike is one of the best in the DMV with very reasonable prices. Won’t go anywhere else. If you need a job done, he is the one to call. Thank you, Mike!
Background story: My furnace circuit breaker tripped and AC stopped working. After we turned on tripped furnace circuit breaker then we found AC was running but fan was not blowing air through vents while AC was running. First I have used Blue dot service for HVAC diagnosis to find the issue and he said issue is with control circuit board so it has to be replaced to fix the issue. They gave $1038 as control board price + labor cost. He was wrong about the issue & also cost of the item they mentioned was 9 times higher than actual price. I know that price of the control board don’t cost that much. They were just trying to rob the customers by giving wrong prices to folks who don’t have any knowledge about HVAC. Then, I found Mike through Thumbtank who was very trustworthy.

Pro was responsive at first when I needed to hire someone for the job. Once the job is done and I paid them, they stopped responding to messages when I reached out about issues I was having with their installation. I could clearly see them online on my laptop and they will be ignoring all my messages because I am contacting them about post installation issues. That’s so dishonest!
