- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There's a lot of companies who will put a young man in a truck, dress him in a pretty uniform, and let him work on your equipment. Most often learning as they go! Our work is executed by state licensed technicians who have years of experience. We are proud of our track record of complete customer satisfaction!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Platinum Services offers an $80 flat service fee for the initial service call. This provides a diagnosis to the customer. Our technician then will explain what needs to be done to resolve the issue and we will offer pricing to repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians attend a five year apprenticeship which includes over 1400 classroom hours and over 10,000 hours of on the job training.
