I became aware of J &R from a referral. It was such a blessing. I am extremely happy with the professionalism and quick response time. I have 3 rental homes in the area and I hope to retain J & R for as long as I own the properties. Joseph Reed is so good at communicating with me. He is prompt and always courteous to my tenants. I highly recommend his company to anyone seeking quality HVAC services.

Joe was on time and quick to diagnose the issue with my air conditioning unit. Joe came highly recommended by a friend. I called Joe for a second opinion after a previous company told me my unit could not be fixed and it would be 9-10k for a new unit. Joe removed the part that needed to be fixed and was back the next day to repair the unit. Joe saved me 9-10k with his honesty. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for heating or air conditioning service.
