Heavy Lift/Furniture Move includes a truck and all required moving equipment.
There is NO Truck Fee with "Labor Only" (Heavy Lifting).
A Full Service Move ($355.00) includes a personal Move Coordinator, Disposal of boxes, Load, Transport, and Unload of personal belongings.
Qualified and Commercial Licensed (Class A) Drivers and Highly Trained and Skilled Helpers.

My recent move has been extremely stressful but Robin ensured me to just sit back and relax and let the guys handle everything and I can say I pretty much did that on moving day. Tay was the first member of his team to arrive and he immediately went to work without any help and he was moving quickly just by himself for a good hour before help arrived. Tay did his best to pack as much as possible in one trip but unfortunately it required 2 trips due to the size of the truck that was used. I just knew dishes were broken the way they handled and loaded the boxes but they weren’t and it was only one small item broken. Tay is a moving and loading a truck genius. Unmounting and remounting of my TVs were also included in my price and when the guy that did the TVs realized a different screw bolt was going to be needed once the move out was done Tay sent the guy to the store to get the screws to ensure once they unloaded the truck my TVs could get mounted. Thank Tay and crew and Robin for everything and checking on things before, during and after the move was done. The only downfall is the lack of not taking credit cards as a form of payment. Hopefully one day you will have that option,

Everything about using this service was amazing from beginning to end. Robin is a great facilitator, and I originally chose other movers who canceled but Robin still found time to fit me in and be super accommodating.
Tay arrived right on time and got straight to work. Him and his two workers did an amazing job moving my things in and out with a lot of care. My couch couldn’t fit through the small staircases but they tried a lot to fit it. Ultimately it wasn’t their fault they couldn’t but im very appreciative of how hard they tried. They even helped me bring the couch back to my original apartment so I could give it to someone else. They tried so many different ways to move it before having to say that it couldn’t fit through the stairwells (it’s a very large couch that doesn’t come apart).
Please hire this company. They make you feel taken care of and they are true professionals. Thank you to the entire team who helped me so much, I can’t thank them enough.

So I had a mishap with another moving company and I needed to find one to come service me within one day! They gave me my estimate and proceed to come the next day! Tay was my mover as well as another gentleman. They were polite and came in with all the tools needed to get my things to their truck. They also unassembled my marble table and kept all the screws needed to re-assemble it. They took their time and were efficient in my move. I have never seen a moving company reply so swiftly and be able to get the job done in such a short amount of time!
They accommodated me with my move to a new city and when I’m ready to move again I pray I can cl on them again! They made everything so easy for me. Thank you guys so much! Definitely will recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is $100.00 per hour with a two hour minimum. We also have a $75.00 Truck fee. Some jobs may require a one-time nominal Base Move fee. Instant Booking require a $75.00 security deposit to hold your reservation. If you prefer a flat rate, our pros can provide you an estimate (Out-The-Door-Pricing) for same day advance bookings.
Note: Flat Rate estimates are subject to change when customers job specs are beyond original scope. Additional premium pay will be required for packing services, moving supplies or additional hourly labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process includes 1) a call from dispatch with an introduction, 2) review with the customer their needs/services, 3) confirm date of service, 4) confirm pricing, Nu Dominion sends an estimate, 5) Lead Helper/Crew Chief contacts customer with an introduction 24-48 hours prior to service, 6) upon completion, customers can submit payment via Thumbtack app/Zelle, or Pay Pal.

Nu Dominion Moving & Storage is a DOT & OSHA Licensed moving company with over 15 plus years in Commercial and Residential services. We have Commercial Drivers (Class A) operating our vehicles. We are skilled in not only distance, but judgement and eye-hand-coordination. Our helpers have the ability to lift up to and over 100 plus pounds. Our team is highly skilled in organizing/packing any size moving vehicles for optimal time and effective use.
