- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to accommodate as best we can, we have grown some, and don’t have the same flexibility as we did 12-16 months ago. Once we have enough clients we will add more staffing to add more flexibility to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take a look at their homes in person or through pictures provide an estimate and if agreed upon, add new client to my schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have worked at 2 cleaning companies prior to starting my own.
