Five stars are not enough for Cordell and 3D Masonry LLC! I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.

Cordell repaired the brickwork around the front porch of my 1917 DC rowhouse, and he did an absolutely outstanding job. The quality of his work was excellent, but what really set Cordell apart was his extraordinary communication and reliability. He was incredibly responsive from my very first inquiry, communicated clearly about what needed to be done and when he could do it, and then — a rarity these days — showed up exactly when he said he would, and complete the project quickly and professionally (leaving the entire work area spotless).

Cordell has absolutely earned a spot on my short list of preferred vendors, and 3D Masonry LLC will be my first call for future masonry work.

It can be very intimidating looking for a professional contractor to work on your home theses days, but Mr. Cornell at 3D Masonry LLC made my experience well worth it. He arrived early to start the job. Mr. Cornell’s craftsmanship is impeccable, he was able to give me what I had envisioned with my step and porch repair.

needed repairs ahead of a closing. He arrived within 24hrs, to inspect the work to be performed, provided a reasonable price and returne when weather cleared performe the work. cleaned up after work was completed. I was able to inspect the work the next day and made payment.
