- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is on accordance with MD standard pricing $10.00 per notary and travel fees $.67 per mile plus a $5.00 service fee. I will answer any question about pricing to make sure I am transparent about their payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make them have the best customer experience. I will introduce myself, they can verify my identification and credentials. I then explain what is needed from them to make our time productive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned by the state of MD, as well as the state Virginia and certified by the National Notary Association. I have take classes from the NNA and Title training exchange.
