What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is in accordance with Oklahoma State laws, $5.00 per stamp/signature plus travel and administrative fees determined by distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with the customers to determine an accurate estimate based on signatures/stamps and distance, set the appointment and then notarize to the customer’s satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and certified by the National Notary Association. I have also been mentored by my mother and two aunts who have been in the notary, loan signing and fingerprinting business for the past five years.
