After years of hearing from one person after another about their terrible experiences with cleaning companies and handymen who either didn't show up when they said, treated them poorly, or simply did a bad job, I decided that something had to be done. I founded Fixit Pros as a solution to this commercial cleaning and handyman crisis. Our philosophy and business practices are simple; We will show up when we say. Great work! The time estimate for the work was spot on and the job was well done. I will definitely use him again for any carpentry/plumbing jobs. 4/12/24- Unfortunately, I have to amend my initial review due to issues discovered after the work was completed. The day after the install, I found that the new garbage disposal was leaking( the initial test was not enough water apparently). I contacted him and advised of the issue. It took awhile but he responded and said that he could not come back that weekend, but could do the weekend of the 6th. I told him that was fine, just let me know what time. I have not heard from him since. I will now have to get someone else to come out and fix the disposal and other leaks.

They not only did nothing but they created two ACTIVE SAFETY HAZARDS. This was a simple bathroom fan installation. When he left we agreed i just needed to find a way to mount the fan. When I went to mount the fan I discovered not only did he leave the wires exposed and touching the duct work creating a fire hazard (hence why I wrapped the connectors in electrical tape) but he didn't connect the fan to the duct creating the potential for mold! I tried contacting them numerous times and they have yet to reapond. Avoid at all costs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commercial cleaning pricing includes cleaning chemicals and up to the first ten windows.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the job is for a single clean, then we ask that pictures be sent of the general area to be cleaned as well as any areas of special interest. For recurring services, we prefer to come out for a site visit and provide a detailed estimate that may be lower than our listed prices here.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over ten years of commercial cleaning experience with over 1.5 million square feet of projects currently being serviced weekly and bi-weekly.
