Mr. Jones has done several jobs for me. He's always fast in responding and very thorough with identifying the issue and resolving it. I've had a leak in 2 different bathrooms (separate instances) due to the builders using subpar materials and Mr. Jones fixed the problems and even came back the following day after the repairs to ensure that everything was good.
