- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fixed rate for my photography services but I am willing to work with all reasonable budgets and often offer discounts and specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to meet with a new client at least once before the day of the shoot to understand their vision and build a rapport that will translate into them feeling comfortable around me, allowing me to capture some great memories. If that is not possible due to time constraint, I will do an over-the-phone consultation and answer any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a course in "Wedding Photography" at CCBC, Essex campus and another in "Shooting Techniques" at the Catonsville campus. I am also a volunteer photographer at my church so I am constantly shooting in different lighting conditions. I also attend seminars when possible and periodically watch webcast to enhance my skills.
