Hello, I’m Ivory- Owner of Uniquely Styled Interiors Since I was a young child I always had a passion for home decor and design. I remember spending hours playing the SIMS home design game. As the character in the game I would go to work to make money just to buy a new item to design my pretend home. My passion for home decor has lead me to help others by staging homes for sale. Thinking about it now, I would have never thought that a childhood game would lead me to my purpose, but it has and I am “thankful” that it did! We are focused on the same goal, to sell your home fast by increasing the value of your home. Uniquely Styled Interiors values each and every one of our clients and we take pride in our work, ultimately providing you with the highest level of service. Services We Offer: Staging Consultation-Selling your home can be stressful, but it does not have to be. This is where I come in! If you want to stage your own home and you need some additional help. I will do a complete walkthrough of your home and provide you with recommendations regarding the placement of furniture and determining items that should be added or removed. I will also assist with rental of any items needed to complete your staging. Stay in Staging-Uniquely Styled Interiors will utilize homeowners current furniture by enhancing it with unique accessories and art work. This is a great way to transform your home in the most inexpensive way. Because you will be living in your home, Uniquely Styled Interiors will provide you with a list of instructions that will help you maintain your home so that it's always ready for show. Vacant Staging-Most buyers cannot visualize a properties potential. When staging a vacant property it makes it more appealing and allows the homebuyer to envision how the home might look once they move into it, making it move in ready. Uniquely Styled Interiors will bring everything that is needed to transform the property into a space that homebuyers will love. We are confident that the property will be sold faster and for top dollar.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because Uniquely Styled Interiors provides three packages the process is different for each, please see below: Staging Consultation: Customer will contact Uniquely Styled Interiors regarding services. Consultation fee will be paid. A walkthrough of your home will be conducted and we will provide you with recommendations regarding the placement of furniture and determining items that should be added or removed. Once consultation is completed a full write up will be sent to the customer via email outlining all recommendations and suggestions. Stay in Staging-Customer will contact Uniquely Styled Interiors regarding services. Consultation fee will be paid. A walkthrough of your home will be conducted and we will provide you with recommendations regarding the placement of furniture and determining items that should be added or removed. If customer would like to proceed with Stay In Staging services a contract will then be signed laying out terms of the home staging project. We will visit the home on the date and time that has been determined via signed contract to complete services. Vacant Staging-Customer will contact Uniquely Styled Interiors regarding services. A complete walkthrough of the home will be completed. During the walkthrough we will discuss what areas of the home that will need to be staged, timeline for staging, buyers to attract, interior aesthetic, etc. Once walkthrough is completed we will provide a quote to the customer for requested service. Once agreement has been established a contract will then be signed laying out terms of the home staging project. We will visit the home on the date and time that has been determined via signed contract to complete services. Typically we stage home for a 3 month period, however this is subject to change via the customers request. Once the staging time frame has completed we will re-visit the home for de-staging procedures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I enrolled in several courses to enhance my skills and to learn specifically about home staging. I gained my 1st staging project within a year of establishing my business. I have the knowledge and skills to stage a home efficiently and effectively.
