As we started growing we registered as a legal company in Maryland, we are also insured. We have 15 years of experience. Never hired them. They communicated in a responsive way. But once I sent my address which is Highlandtown/Patterson Park area. It seems they were selective on who they want to provide services, it was a waste of time. Possibly they are negative to small property and only looking for mega home property to service. I'm not sure but that's the vibe I got.
