- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done based on what customers are requesting (dish wise). The amount of guests being served and whether or not it is a plated or buffet style event. Desserts and cakes are based on what is ordered as well as the amount of guests to be fed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer and get to know what it is that that they want specifically. We will arrange a tasting if they like and move forward from there.
