My name is Morgan Anthony and I am the owner of Coached By Morgan LLC.
I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2017 and recently obtained my B.S. in Exercise Science from Towson University in 2020.
I refer to myself as a coach, rather than a “trainer”. Simply put, a trainer tells you how to workout in an hour. A coach understands the difference between what a client wants and what a client needs. This includes motivation and education when it comes to mental health, gut health, nutrition, hormones, and much more!
I have experience working with bodybuilders all the way to individuals first starting out in the gym. I don’t expect perfection — only EFFORT.

Morgan develops routines tailored to the individual. She understands form and explains clearly how to do the exercises and asks questions to make sure I understand them. Very thorough and challenging workout!

I have been training with Morgan for over 2 years. She is the best trainer i have ever had.
