- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My services are $95.00 per hour. I will travel to client's home at no charge; if within 5 mile radius. Over 5-10 miles, there may be an additional travel expense. $75.00 per hour for a package 6 sessions or more. I do not usually accept clients over 10 miles. I will refer them to a trainer in their area. This is my established rate for in-home training. 25% discount for contracts 4 weeks or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I receive an email from a new customer, I reply within 24 hours to schedule a free half hour telephone fitness assessment. From there we set appointment to sign contract, measurements, weighing and fitness tests. On the first visit we set up a schedule and create a diet and fitness program based on my client's assessment results and their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Fitness Trainer since 2005. In 2011 I was certified as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition. My specialty since 2015 is Senior Fitness but I will train all adults who need my services.
