Candice was an absolutely wonderful wedding coordinator. She jumped right in after hiring her and worked with my daughter, son-in-law and me on the wedding plans. She was a valuable resource during the planning stages. She was always very quick to respond to emails, texts, and calls.
Candice took charge of communication with vendors and the venue. She always had a calm spirit which was great during the final weeks. On the day of the wedding she was truly in charge, kept everyone on schedule and in their right places. She truly helped make my daughter’s dream of a fairytale wedding come true. I can’t say enough good things about Signed in Pink and Candice.

Candice was so sweet and supportive from day one! Her communication was excellent and even with her busy schedule, Candice was so responsive that we always felt like we were her top priority. We booked SIP for partial planning, and Candice provided fantastic vendor recommendations and research. As a detail-oriented, type-A bride, I was grateful for Candice’s guidance in keeping us on track and preventing overwhelm.
On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran seamlessly. Our venue was a bit unconventional and came with its own challenges, but Candice handled it all with professionalism and ease. I’m so glad we trusted her with our special day—we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics because Candice and Kayla had it covered. Even with the small hiccups, our day was beautiful and perfect thanks to SIP. You won’t regret booking Candice and her team!

Candice and team are amazing and an absolute joy to work with!
I'd call myself a semi-DIY bride. I booked most of our vendors before reaching out to Signed in Pink Events. I knew early on that I wanted month/day-of coordination, but it took some time to find the right fit. I'm a graduate student and teaching assistant, so I was deep into classes, grading, and defense prep as our wedding approached. I had to be confident in who I'd be handing the reigns to.
On our first call, Candice was so warm and professional. She got right to business on checking off what we'd already done and what was left on the to-do list. We immediately knew we wanted to lock her in! From there, we had monthly check-ins. She was always punctual, organized and thorough in going over all the details with us. I always felt welcome to contact her, and she was responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns.
I had a design plan for decor, but I wanted to check with Candice for her expertise. I felt much more at ease after I showed her my plans and she assured me that it was feasible. I did not want to put my family to work, so Candice and team made sure they were privy to all details to handle set-up as well as break down and packing the items that belonged to us. I am very particular and its difficult for me to release control. But, I had complete trust in Candice and her team to execute, and they absolutely delivered!!!
They were flexible and able to pivot with the last minute changes and obstacles. Like, Tropical Storm Ophelia made sure we had to move the ceremony indoors. And things I had no clue about...my husband saw the not-so-nice venue supervisor walk outside with Candice, and after they came back inside he noticed that the supervisor had a much more pleasant attitude. I hate to imagine how the day would have gone if we had completely depended on that supervisor. Signed in Pink Events played such an essential role in making our wedding a beautiful day to remember. I'm already thinking about the next event to hire them again!
