I start training with 100% non-verbal cues and add verbal cues in as we go. It’s important for you pet to focus on you and follow cues verses repeating them several times.
All active family members must attend classes. This ensures consistency and helps each person learn how to train their dog.
Active member = anyone old enough to give verbal cues, hand signals and follow directions.

Jules was great! I was really impressed by her professionalism, her patience, and knowledge. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. She took her time to explain everything she was doing and the reasons why. I could see the difference in my puppies behavior after just one training session. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has issues with their puppy. Looking forward to continuing the training.

julie knows her shit. especially the nuances with specific breeds. we have a bully breed that was whipped into shapes after the first session and only got better with every lesson. i strongly recommend her to take care of any training needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with my clients to the best of my ability to make it as painless as possible. I do offer discounts for packages. No refunds are offered for packages unless it is something wrong with the dog ie death or injury. If you can not commit to 4 classes then pay for class by class. If a refund for a package is appropriate the the classes already attended will be charged at the normal hourly rate and then any left over classes will be refunded. If you have questions about this please ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer evaluations to meet everyone to make sure it’s a good fit. After that all active members of the household need to participate in the training. I do not take your dog and train it. As much training that the dogs need so do the owners.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been training horses and dogs for over 10 years.
