Introduction

I have experience installing all materials found in a home and have attended manufacturers trainings on proper techniques. As a contractor I have seen many items missed at inspections, by knowing what I'm looking for in the manner in which products were installed or used and by my experience as a contractor I feel I have a better understanding of where problems may occur. I have always enjoyed looking at architecture and especially enjoy looking at older homes and the construction methods. I renovated a 1795 post and beam home in which I live and have done several historical renovations as well.
