I have experience installing all materials found in a home and have attended manufacturers trainings on proper techniques. As a contractor I have seen many items missed at inspections, by knowing what I'm looking for in the manner in which products were installed or used and by my experience as a contractor I feel I have a better understanding of where problems may occur.
I have always enjoyed looking at architecture and especially enjoy looking at older homes and the construction methods. I renovated a 1795 post and beam home in which I live and have done several historical renovations as well.

Dean did a thorough inspection of my new home and took time to teach me about how things worked. His report is over 50 pages with photos and descriptions of where the problems are and how to fix them. He was prompt, thorough and got me the report before the deadline. Highly recommend.
