I have extensive training in leadership and professional etiquette and personal mastery programs, as well a life time commitment to continue that education. Most of my coaching, workshops and seminars are based on the principles of personal mastery. When my business had grown from 4 to 8 employees in 6 months, I was failing as the leader, which was a new business role for me. I worked 80 hour weeks, was always tired, had a lot of anxiety, had a negative attitude which was destroying my company, and I didnt seem to have time to keep up with my tasks. You helped me to see that I was unaware my own behaviors were the root cause and helped me to gain the knowledge to step into a true leadership role, and to learn the business relationship skills I desperately needed. Now my business has 13 people, and is an amazing team which I am leading with confidence and trust in about half the time, plus I feel rested. Success Paradigm has been instrumental in my professional and personal successes. I have had the benefit of working with John for almost 2 years. In that time I was coached by John using his blue flame method of coaching. These coaching sessions were intense and I learned a tremendous amount about myself. What I liked about John's coaching style was that I felt I was in control of the intensity. Some sessions were in depth and personal discoveries were made and others were high level sessions that helped reinforce the previous discoveries. I am committed to a lifetime of continued education. I attend at some level weekly, monthly and yearly educational events that inspire me physically, mentally and spiritually.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Most of my career has been in leadership, management and as a business owner. As I completed the coaching training I realized that I have always been a coach, but now I am seeing it in a different way.
