I have extensive training in leadership and professional etiquette and personal mastery programs, as well a life time commitment to continue that education. When my business had grown from 4 to 8 employees in 6 months, I was failing as the leader, which was a new business role for me. I worked 80 hour weeks, was always tired, had a lot of anxiety, had a negative attitude which was destroying my company, and I didnt seem to have time to keep up with my tasks. You helped me to see that I was unaware my own behaviors were the root cause and helped me to gain the knowledge to step into a true leadership role, and to learn the business relationship skills I desperately needed. Now my business has 13 people, and is an amazing team which I am leading with confidence and trust in about half the time, plus I feel rested. In my personal and business life you taught me, and helped me to gain the knowledge, to come from a compassionate and loving place, from the heart, and not only that but to have the people in my life know it when I am communicating with them. Success Paradigm has been instrumental in my professional and personal successes. I have had the benefit of working with John for almost 2 years. In that time I was coached by John using his blue flame method of coaching. These coaching sessions were intense and I learned a tremendous amount about myself. What I liked about John's coaching style was that I felt I was in control of the intensity. Some sessions were in depth and personal discoveries were made and others were high level sessions that helped reinforce the previous discoveries. John has a unique ability to bring awareness to an individual who is open to becoming a better version of them selves. I was skeptical when I started using a life/business coach. I thought I had a good handle on myself and I did, what I quickly found out though was I had the ability to build on myself and become a better version. My first encounter with John Butruccio was over the phone about 3 years ago and within minutes of speaking with John on the phone I knew that the "nuggets" he was offering were golden. Since that time I've been privileged to participate in and facilitate with John during many Personal Empowerment Workshops. I've been a nurse for 28 years and since graduation from Boston University School of Nursing in 1987 I've been drawn to and interested in studying all types of "health and wellness" courses. I've completed many certification courses and attended many apprenticeships and workshops. I've benefited on many levels from experiencing my own healing to offering what I've learned to others through my varied nursing practices and personal living . Over the past 15 years I've studied Ancient and Advanced Therapies such as Massage,Reiki,Shiatsu,Shamanism,Nutrition,Craniosacral therapy and Aromatherapy. My experience of John's coaching style is that the tools he offers through his workshops bridge the worlds of traditional and alternative "living." I've witnessed that no matter what educational background, belief system, life style, up bringing, personal or professional experience a participant brings to the table, the tools are relevant and relatable. I do wish that I had been exposed to this work earlier in my life and career and yet through exposure and practice of this work I have come to accept and trust that I learned of it and about it at the perfect time. I am committed to a lifetime of continued education. I attend at some level weekly, monthly and yearly educational events that inspire me physically, mentally and spiritually.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Most of my career has been in leadership, management and as a business owner. As I completed the coaching training I realized that I have always been a coach, but now I am seeing it in a different way.
