Introduction: We are certified, thorough, competent, honest and a well-educated home and building inspector. We take every inspections very seriously and want to assure the buyer or seller has piece of mind after the inspection is complete. I have enjoyed what I do and have 20 years of combined engineering and inspecting experience in architectural, mechanical and boiler systems, electrical systems, structural and foundations, piping and plumbing and building construction. I do well over 200 inspections annually, and I have been recommended by many in and out-of-state investors as well as local Realtors due to my work ethic, thoroughness, style and comfortableness I make my clients feel during and after the inspection. Our style is a narrative inspection; therefore, the buyer or seller is aware of my findings for defective and/or well-maintained components. We will explain the severity of each defect, the possible solution(s) and the reasoning why the component(s) has become defective. In this economy and housing market, we have lowered our rates for single family homes ($250.00 to $275.00) since we were once a first-time buyer for which we understand the stress and costs of buying a home. In addition, we can keep my rates lower than my competitors since we have very little overhead in which we pass the savings onto my clients. We treat our clients like we would want to be treated -- being honest. If our clients are not happy, we are not happy. Don't be fooled by paying too much when we all have the same education and experiences as home inspectors. We have never had any negative complaints and/or errors. We attend monthly seminars to keep us up-to-date on new products for the home and solutions for any defect(s) we find. Also included with the complete home inspection are above ground swimming pool inspection, a visual inspection of any type of mold, lead, asbestos and potential pests invasion.
