Brad and his crew did an outstanding job repairing my house and garage. On his initial visit to scope the job, we did a walk around so that I could point out my concerns and express what I wanted done. He made several excellent recommendations and provided me good options. He showed up when he said he would and did everything he said he would do. Work included scraping and painting, replacing trim, soffit work, and bending/replacing metal fascia - all first class work. He had a lot of confidence and knew what do do at every step; he's full of ideas. He's great to work with. He has my highest recommendation. I would definitely hire him again.

Multiple projects and a very short window of time to get them done. Very professional and courteous. Mounted my 65in tv with no wires hanging out. He also cleaned and fixed my chimney so I can enjoy a nice fire in the colder nights.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I like to offer options on price. different situations call for different resolutions. someone looking for a remodel has already planed to spend $. someone with a roof leak did not. I take that into concideration
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To meet them, see their needs and offer my advise. if I dont think I am a fit I have people I can recomend. If I take the job, I am 100% commited.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is that I have been in the career for 10 solid years 6 days a week doing all phases of carpentry. Also have manager experience in retail which has taught me the customer is always right.
