Our southern barbeque centers around slow-smoked meats, creating moist and succulent flavors that excite the palette and leave you wanting more! Southern cooking is delicious, thoughtful and nutritious. Our sides are freshly prepared and locally sourced when possible.
We also offer dishes with a “Maine” flair, such as lobster, scallops and blueberry cornbread.

overall this was amazing we got great food that everyone loved, the brisket was great and the summer salad is what stole the show even with all the meat options we got. the price was more then in reason for the service and food we got. our servers were excellent and pete made every thing very easy and was a pleasure to work with and we thank them for making our wedding just that much better.

Peter and his staff did an OUTSTANDING job catering our wedding. He was prompt, professional, super helpful, and someone I would recommend to all my family and friends. On top of the professionalism, the food was fantastic. His corn bread is so tasty...both the jalapeño and blueberry were out of sight. His baked beans have bits of his burnt ends in it which brings them to the next level. We will be visiting his shop front in Belgrade once he comes back north for the summer! I can't say enough positive things about Pete and his company.

Peter came recommended for our wedding from family friends and we were not disappointed. From the first phone call he was very easy to get in touch with and his attention to detail was impressive. Visiting the venue independently ahead of time allowed him to avoid serious logistical issues the day of the event. The food was as good as the service, which was impeccable.

Peter has served a variety of corporate lunches for us throughout Maine, nice simple meals for our customers in our parking lot using his mobile kitchen.
He and his crew also did a great job with our company picnic for employees this summer. BBQ Chicken, pulled pork, cornbread, coleslaw and vegetable trays.
He's also brought platters of assorted items for a couple of my personal parties.
The food is tasty and fresh. The presentation is nice and they are all great to work with!

Wow!! What can I say.Pete and his staff were amazing.The food was awesome and bountiful.His service and food are a great value.I encourage anyone to give him a call for their speacial event.Thank you Pete for helping to make my daughter's wedding a day to remember.
