What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair, I provide excellent quality workmanship and product for a low price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My costumers will know what is involved, how long the task will take and how much they will be looking to spend. I come prepared with the tools and materials needed by the information and pictures my customers provide me with, and I can have the plumbing back in service and the new fixtures installed soon after. My objection is: my customers uninterrupted daily routines and the least amount of obtrusion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a couple of years of school for graphic design and architecture and I've been plumbing since I was 14 years old full time, as of this date it's over 27 years. I've been training at work and learning everyday. The work comes with new challenges just about every other day.
