I'm a paralegal who offers legal document preparation services. After moving to Maine from California, I started a new, independent paralegal service company, preparing legal documents and offering assistance to individuals, attorneys and companies who can use an extra hand with a legal issue. I can prepare anything, from divorces to researching case laws, legal billing, trademark applications or writing interrogatories. I'm interested in developing new skills in estate planning, living trusts, bankruptcies, simple contracts, etc. Give me a call with any project, short or long term. If given a worthy cause, I will work diligently to produce positive results. I'm honest and fair. I'm more interested in helping people than making money. I won't charge too much, and I'll always be honest about my experience and ability before taking on any new project. If I don't know how to do something, I can usually learn and get reliable information from trustworthy sources.
