Dan is the man! Our house was in rough shape after sitting vacant for a long time, mice droppings everywhere, and we were dealing with an emergency. Dan responded immediately and came over on very short notice—he truly saved the day. Incredibly professional and hardworking, he made it possible for us to stay in the house. We couldn’t have done it without him. A perfect 10/10 experience!
