Introduction: I don't have a set menu, or a specific course outline, I tailor my lessons to the individual's taste, skill level and desire. Its the same with catering, I work with my clients to develop menus that are just for them, so they get exactly what they want.
I love sharing knowledge, and watching someone discover something about themselves that they didn't know, to discover a skill they didn't know they had. I truly believe that cooking and feeding oneself and ones family and freinds is a tremendous gift, and its one I love giving.
