- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are based off Time and Materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to go out to customers home and look at what they are asking for. Gives a better sense on what they're actually looking for. Getting to know them better for what their need actually is. Once we get to know their ideas we might suggest a few of our own from past experience. Then we come back to office and produce a proposal and estimate professionally and understabely to the best of our knowledge.

Twenty six years of experience in the field with Two year Associates Degree in Building Construction Technology.
