Mike and son were able to fit my repairs in the same day I made my request. When they arrived, they got right to work fixing my back door that was out of whack due to settling. Got the door back in line and replaced the deadbolt and door handle locks. Works better than it has in 25 years.
They fixed my patio door latch that also was out of alignment.
My bedroom sliding closet doors came off the track and were very heavy. They took the doors out in order to fix the track and lubricate it.
I had a couple of additional little projects replacing a part on my microwave and changing a lightbulb in my bathroom fan. They even made a repair to my deck they saw while at my back door.
I can't say enough good things about Mike Theodore. He's very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his services.

I had SDNH do a septic inspection with camera for a house I was buying. The two gentlemen were very knowledgable, walking me through every step of the camera inspection and explaining to me how the septic system works, including tips to ensure a healthy septic tank. I am very pleased with the service that was provided to me by SDNH.

Over 30 years experience in full service property management and general contracting, with diverse training programs, certifications, and lessons along the way!

Born into it ;) Third generation family business. Full service property management, general contracting and everything in between. I love the variety and daily challenges that keep me interested and active! Struck out on my own in 1989.
