I specialize in all types of carpentry services, including, bathroom remodeling, kitchen upgrades, custom cabinetry, furniture repair, additions, roofs, decks, and general maintenance.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I recommend that any client has three contractors look at the project, provide a design on the project and provide an estimate on the project. Then I recommend that the customer picks the middle bid, this represents a good value but not going with the low bid, because you get what you pay for and always the low guy with run into cost over runs and will ask for more money. I also recommend that the customer has all the information to provide to the contractor, so the estimate will truly reflect the scope of work requested. I also recommend that the client ask for proof of contractors insurance and three references.
