- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing does vary depending on the job size and customers needs. for jobs consisting more than 1 day deposits are required. if the job needs to be rescheduled or cancelled it must be done in sufficient amount of time at least 48 hrs notice or will result in the loss of your deposit and you may or may not be charged full price for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when I get a new client I like to start off with deep cleanings that way I can keep track of what's been done and rotate the deep cleaning tasks so that way they never need a deep cleaning and I can keep up on it. I do not like to get checks from a first time client due to payments not being available at times.but after a couple cleanings I usually feel comfortable taking a check
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work with my mother in law on a fill in basis when I was available and she needed an Xtra hand. it felt good being able to help others with their cleaning needs.
