- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What is unique about our services is that we design the event based on your budget. We do our best to make your vision come to life within that budget and work with you to find ways to make that happen. We do have some basic pricing to look at.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal at Awestruck Catering is to create a relationship with our client. Upon contact, we will immediately begin finding our what your specific needs are. If you are looking for services we do not offer or would financially make more sense to contract out, we will do our best to stear you in the right direction. Once it is established exactly what we can offer you, we will begin the process of building you a unique menu and quote that will not only see your vision become reality but will also work within your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Graduate of Johnson & Wales with an Associates degree in Culinary arts. With over 20 years in the industry I have held several Executive Chef positions, owned and operated restaurants and been directly involved in high volume catering events.
