Annella’s Cleaning Service is committed to making sure a client’s cleaning needs are fully understood before the service. A walk through was performed beforehand by the company, so there was a clear outline of services needed. Communication with her was professional and correspondence was timely and thorough throughout the process. Special attention needed to be given to a rug and bathroom grout and they did great improving them. My mother’s large 6 bedroom and 3 bathroom home needed extensive cleaning for selling and moving preparation and Annella’s team worked hard to ready the house.

My partner and I hired Annellas Cleaning Service for a deep clean and we were shocked all the things that got done. The stains in my tub that I didn’t know were removable were gone! It seemed like they took great care of being nice to my pets too. definitely hiring them again!

The three ladies that showed up were amazing. They did a great job. There were a few little tweaks that I will make for the next visit, but this was their first time in my apartment so they did the best they could while I was not there. I would say that it’s a little bit of a language barrier so that was a little bit difficult, but we got through it by using translation on the phone. Just know up Front They don’t take credit cards so just know that ahead of time. The quality of the Cleaning was exceptional.

Annella replied to me the same day I reached out on Thumbtack and met with me at the property the next day. I was in the market for a deep clean. We set a date for the following week and on that day three cleaners came and worked their magic on this home that had been neglected for months. They cleaned the refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, windows... every surface. Bathrooms, bedrooms, living room...they got into every nook and cranny. Very thorough!! We are extremely pleased and will hire again.
