This project went better than I could have hoped for! Paul was responsive and thorough with all my questions leading up to the install, advising on material types, wallpaper brands, and pitfalls to watch out for. The job was scheduled within a couple of weeks and not only did Paul show up when he said he would, he had the job completed within a short period of time and left my home as clean as he found it. His labor rate was more than reasonable, too. I don’t have a single complaint and now i’m looking for other rooms that need wallpaper! Thanks, Paul!

From start to finish, I had a great experience working with Paul! My job, while not that big from a square footage standpoint, was challenging due to the height of the ceilings. Paul worked quickly and efficiently to install the wallpaper. Would gladly hire Paul again!

Paul is as wonderful as they come! A+++ quality work AND extremely nice and honest personally and professionally. Arrived at the agreed-upon time and worked quickly and efficiently (he made one roll work instead of two) and did a beautiful/perfect job both wallpapering AND painting the woodwork/ceiling of our old powder room (before and after photos attached). He even was able to make one roll of wallpaper AND: upon completion, how many contractors ask for a price LESS than what they quoted :) (But obviously that can't always be the case lol.) Will definitely hire him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge by the single roll for wallpaper installation. I will usually ask for the quantity ordered to get a price for the customer. But if its a small job I have a flat rate that I use instead. The same goes for removing wallpaper too.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like speaking to the customer first to see if there are any questions they have with the type of work that will be done. Also, if I have any questions to help with the quote. For example, if the walls are in bad shape, we may need to do extra prep to get them where they need to be. These types of things my impact the overall quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been installing wall coverings for over 15 years. I can say that I have done about every type of wall covering. I was fortunate to have learned from many pro's in those years. All of them with over 25 years experience.
