I am a banker and something of a cynic. But my experience with Mike and Daisy Wight of Broughman Builders (and their wonderful staff) was MAGNIFICENT in every respect. They are price competitive, don't low ball pricing only later to play the change order game, do everything they say they will...and more, and the quality of their work is not just first class, it is at the very top of first class. I cannot not say enough good about them and their firm. But perhaps this says it all - no one, and I mean no one, will ever perform work on the home they built for us but Broughman, and if we ever build another home I won't even discuss the project with any other builder. It will be Broughman's by default. I have a simple maxim: When you find a winner, stick with it.

Our new home is the Pro-Fab Andover model, and our experience with Mike, Daisy, and everyone at Broughman Builders was superb! Right from the start Mike and Daisy listened to what we wanted in our dream home, and worked with us to fit it to our budget. We moved walls, added windows and an additional porch--really customizing the original plan to a home that suited us and our land. They worked closely with our lender each step of the way. The skilled team that completed the home was amazing--true artisans! Mike was on site and available whenever we had questions. We are super-impressed with the quality and solidness of our Pro-Fab home, but without the leadership, skill, and caring of the Broughman team--we would just have a good house--because of them, we have an heirloom home that we love every day.

We have been clients of Broughman Builders, Inc. for seven years now. They initially built a two-story addition staying within budget and built ahead of schedule. Their insight helped us custom design our floor plan to achieve the living space that worked perfectly for us. Due to our favorable experience with Broughman, we then built a two-story garage for my husband's shop. Once again, we were very pleased with the outcome and the quality of construction. Broughman Builders is serious when they say "Our number one goal is to maintain our reputation by providing our clients with the highest level of satisfaction." We are currently in discussions, with Broughman Builders about small upgrades to our kitchen and other areas in our home which are in need of renovation. We highly recommend Broughman Builders for all of your construction needs, no matter how large or small the project.

Broughman Builders are outstanding and the quality is excellent. They turned our old bathroom into a beautiful laundry room and build a superb bathroom addition on our existing home. Broughman Builders, Inc. renovated our kitchen, added windows to the front of our house, painted a large family room and did a spectacular job on everything. They were on time, on budget and were great people to work with in every respect. We have another project to do this year, the addition of a master bedroom and bath to our house, and they are going to be the first ones we turn to for this project. We just hope they will be available!
