- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the project; fees are negotiable!! My focus is to provide a service at a reasonable rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before committing to doing a job for a client I generally like to get a little background about their business and their needs to make sure I can fulfill their needs at a reasonable rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 20 years bookkeeping experience and I am furthering my education and studying accounting.
