- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic Home inspection for up to 1499 square feet $300 -up to 2000 Square feet $350 This includes visual inspection, Thermal Image Inspection as well as using temperature readings, moisture meter readings looking for defects of issues that need to be repaired or addressed in the structure, roof, basement, ceiling, walls or floors, heating, plumbing or electrical. Extras often include Lab fees like a basic water test $50 Full Water test $75 Air Quality test (mold) 2 areas checked with 2 separate samples $150 and $50 for every additional sample. Mold contact testing $50 Lead Paint testing $25 Septic Dye test $30
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to answer any questions they have, Next after booking the job When I show up at the inspection location I like to point out things as I go along checking each item. Within 48 hours after the inspection I email the Inspection Report to the client and if I found any Major issues I like to give a follow up call to make sure they understand everything and know their options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes constantly! I am enrolled in Southern Maine Community College and I just completed Internachi training which I update every 2 months
