This morning we were lucky enough to have Judson, Jason & Jordan come to install our Generac 18kw. Judson got the electrical all set up. Snow & frozen ground ~ no problem for Jason & Jordan. Snow was moved, ground was cut into no problem. In a matter of hours the pad & generator were set.They tested with a simulated outage and all was well.All three men were very polite & courteous. Within a week Jason was out to meet me, walk me through the process and schedule my installation. The team was respectful of my property, fast and informative.
