Introduction: We are currently booking exterior home painting projects for the summer. Typically we are limited to less than 20 projects for the summer months so we manage the schedule on a first come basis with deposits required. I am a professional, highly experienced, non-smoking and reliable resource for your home renovations, additions, repairs and improvements. I try to fully inform my clients prior to engagements, and I work to set clear expectations so that we will all be satisfied at the end of the project. I am a skilled problem solver. The Kleensky Team lead by Steve Hayes is simply the best. Fair priced and the quality of the work is outstanding. Steve is actually a closet artist hidden in a contractors body and working with him in the idea phase brings out the best concepts possible. Very flexible to work with and always kept us informed of progress and potential issues. Kleensky and Steve actually turn out to be partners in the process and their work is faster than most contractors I have worked with or heard about. You will NOT be disappointed with Kleensky and Steve Hayes!

Steve Hayes and his crew are hard working, dedicated, and great to have on the job. We really enjoyed having them work on our project bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. In fact, they've already provided us quotes for two more jobs. Hopefully we can get the funds together sooner rather than later. Also, its good to note that they are amazing with young kids and pets. They were prompt, polite and efficient. It took just over a week and a half for repairs to a roof, full house painting, a front porch and a back deck to be painted. Very nice group of guys. They were friendly to my animals, as well, which was important. Would highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge between $40 - $60 per hour depending on the work being completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to see the project and talk through the options with the client. through this process we discover a best solution and I generate a proposal from that discussion and agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent my career as an executive in various companies in addition to being an artist and handyman. I have a two masters degrees, which don't count in the handyman world, but I am proud of attaining both of them. I bought my first house when I was 22 years old and couldn't afford to hire folks, so I started my lumber education while fixing up that first home. Since then I have renovated multiple homes, built homes and helped friends design and build their dream homes. I love doing the work and I offer over 30 years of experience in the home services business.
