Stephen was incredible. He brought order back to the chaos my "cleaning out" had created. I am getting my house ready to be listed, and I had 20 years of clothes and other stuff that I just wanted to get rid of. He showed up, bagged up SEVERAL bags of clothes, loaded his truck and trailer with the other things I needed out of the house, maneuvered his trailer back to my garage which is an alley entrance, and loaded up items from my garage. He did all of this while I continued working on going through and organizing other areas I hadn't had a chance to get to. His pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable for the amount of work he does. He is friendly, professional, and caring. I'm pretty sure I'll be asking him back to clean the carpet in my house. HIRE THIS GUY!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes ,I charge per service and .If my client is over 20 miles away from my office ,then there is a $15 trip charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them what there area of concern is. I explain myself to any questions they have about the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes,absolutely. I regularly go to certified group meetings in Dallas for any new carpet cleaning techniques. My company contracts with the largest waste management system in North America. We regularly service their accounts and properties. My company is highly capable of complete junk and trash removal for commercial and residential clients.
