FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are some standard prices for certain interior painting projects but for the most part, all of our quotes are custom tailored to fit the exact preparatory and finishing needs of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a consultation over the phone or via email. At that time will discuss certain details of the job as well as scheduling. We will then likely follow up with an on site walk through of the project with the client and within a week, provide a detailed quote with product specifications and a work description. At that point we will answer any questions the customers may have. If the contract is accepted we will discuss scheduling and other details like color choices!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unfortunately there is not a great deal of training or education available to people who want to enter the field of painting. That is why we have designed an initial training program, consisting of video training and quizzes, employee handbooks, interior and exterior training manuals, process and procedure guides and on site trainging for new and long term employees. The industry is constantly evolving and we like to think of ourselves as a leader in new innovation and embrace new technologies used to make projects work more efficiently. Most of our employees are OSHA 10 certified as well as trained/certified to properly handle lead paint. In addition, several members of the team have obtained training in safe man lift operation. We also teach and practice environmentally friendly paint practices to help protect the industry and environment we live and work in.
