Frost and Flame from sales to installation were amazing. Buying and setting up my new pellet stove was seamless. I was pointed to the right stove for my home right away. They kept in touch on installation and got me set up weeks before I anticipated which I appreciated because I wasn't getting enough heat from the heat pumps in my new home. The guys that installed the stove were exceptional. They checked in with me several times to confirm they were setting it how it would work best for me and the installation was clean and professional. Those guys are worth their weight in gold. My house is warm for the first time since I moved in a month ago. I'm so please. Thank you!

Kevin was very thorough and seemed very competent. He spent a lot of time, and explained what he found and what he did well. He even asked if we had a pet he should be concerned about as he went in and out of the house. Overall: excellent.
