- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be competitive based on regional rates. We do not charge for stairs or long carries! We offer Military Discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Maple Street Moving gathers necessary information from the client and schedules either a virtual or in-person quote. Most clients are anxious about moving day so we walk them through exactly what to expect, and ask specific questions to ensure moves go smooth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Approaching 2 years of running the business and serving hundreds of clients while maintaining 5 stars across the board. Maple Streets CEO started off as a Direct Support Professional before becoming an entrepreneur, so taking care of people has always come first. Networking groups have educated us to be knowledgeable with the market and has given us the opportunity to connect our clients with reputable resources outside of just Moving/Junk Removal.
