- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge $65 an hour for landscaping Spring-Fall. But my winter services will be priced based on the size of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a visit at the customers home - free of charge. Here we will talk over what their needs/wants are as well as vision for the project. I will answer any questions and we will agree upon the next steps from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of experience in the landscape and gardening scene. I worked under a brilliant mentor for the first three learning all there is to about maintaining plants, up-keeping the gardens year-round and starting flowers, veggies and other plants from seed in the greenhouse. I have spent the last 3 summers designing and installing perennial gardens around Kennebunk Maine. For Indoor organization and light renovation... I have spent the last couple of winters wood working and picking up carpentry skills which has made me super handy. I worked in the hospitality industry (wedding and event set-ups) for five years where I learned all about organization and property set-up of a room. And I have also spent the last couple of winters redoing spaces and helping people turn them into their shops of boutiques.
