From the very beginning, Adam was an excellent communicator—responsive, professional, and always kept us informed throughout the process. What started as a straightforward assembly quickly turned into a project nearly three times larger than anyone anticipated. Without hesitation, Adam pivoted, adjusted his schedule, and tackled the challenge with an incredibly positive attitude. What impressed us even more was that he and his wife worked side by side to ensure every detail was perfect. They took the time to carefully assemble and arrange our 7th Avenue Pit sofa, which arrived in an incredible 26 boxes, until it looked absolutely showroom-ready. Their work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. It’s rare to find people who care as much about the finished result as they do. Jason mounted 2 TVs for me. The installation of oneof the mounts was confounding because of irregular framing behind the wall. Jason took his time to assess the situation and find a way to install the mount. The TVs look great! I found Jason to be knowledgeable, careful and resourceful. He communicated well with me. I would definitely hire Jason again.
